We use many advanced models and techniques to help you to deliver rapid improvement. The process we follow can be simplified into three phases that apply to most, if not all, of the situations we encounter.
1. Check Gaps
Depending on the nature of our engagement we will use combinations of tools such as the individual FIT Profiler psychometrics, FIT 360 assessments and FIT Audits. This allows us to determine where gaps exist in behavioural and thinking competencies. We then marry the hidden intelligence that these tools provide with an understanding of the context within which you, your team and your organisation is operating. This not only reveals gaps in behaviours and thinking but also allows us to prioritise where we can begin to remove these gaps in order to make the greatest positive impact in the shortest possible time. In short this provides a road map for developmental coaching.
2. Close Gaps
Armed with the results of the preceding analysis we move immediately to a personally tailored combination of directive one to one coaching, experiential exercises and peer group feedback. This will move you and your team beyond your existing comfort zones in order that you can experience the benefits and potential of deploying currently underused behaviours and thinking. Using these techniques clients quickly recognise the potential of "doing something different". By taking conscious control of behavioural responses to challenges and opportunities and by deploying the most appropriate behaviour whether or not it is beyond your natural comfort zone, you will, over time, achieve more of what you want with significantly less effort.
3. Cascade FITness
To maximise your return on investment in FIT Science we encourage you to deploy what you learn to others that you actively manage or encounter on a regular basis. In this way the FIT Science tools and models become the framework for significantly enhanced personal performance and relationships. Equally this cascade of applied knowledge and techniques will build the momentum necessary for you develop a FIT organisation that responds effectively and appropriately to both challenge and opportunity in all situations.
In early 2008 we will be releasing a "FIT Team Toolkit" which will allow clients to use simplified version of FIT Science analysis and development approaches within the context of their own teams.
