Who we are

We are a rapidly expanding business with a growing number of accredited FIT Science coaches throughout the UK. The following is our highly experienced leadership team.

Jane Shandley, Director of FIT Coaching

Jane is a strong leader with many years of FIT Science® expertise. Jane is an award winning consultant and trainer, for example, she achieved the highest level of repeat business (in Europe, Middle East and Africa) while working with Dale Carnegie. As a result of her global ranking (measured by the degree to which she consistently exceeded delegate expectations), she was one of the first trainers to achieve "WOW" trainer status. Jane draws on her Psychology and Fine Arts qualifications and her experience to provide highly person centered and creative coaching. She specialises in developing, and delivering, customised in-house programmes for major clients such as Shell, RBS, BT, Velux, Akzo Nobel and many others. Jane is passionate in her belief that everyone is capable of becoming the person they want to be, or need to be, to be successful in work and indeed life.
